You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Decorated with a nautical theme, the full kitchen is stocked with utilities including coffee maker, Keurig, and microwave and opens up into the dining and living area. Here you will find a flat screened TV, comfortable rattan furniture and access to the outdoor balcony, with views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom and second guestroom are both spacious with two queen sized beds in each, television and plenty of closet dresser drawer space. Both provide comfort and appealing decor with linens, extra towels and pillows stocked for your visit.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home. Laundry is located nearby. Free WIFI, and one parking spot is included.

Of course, staying at Beach Place means you are near everything! It's only a short walk to the gorgeous gulf beaches and heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well. With such a great location, you won't need to worry about anything!

Across the street is John's Pass Village! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Good location. Walk to beach is short and my daughter loved the pool. There are plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was nice.  Was our first time at Madeira and we will be back.

We enjoyed staying at Beach Place, right across the street from John's Pass and overlooking the bridge ! The decor of the condo is very "beachy" ! The pool is amazing and warm ..... the beach is awesome !! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.......We will definitely return !

We had a wonderful time, the condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the drawbridge at St. John's Pass. The pool was very nice and the beach steps away, with affordable canopies available for rent. I would highly recommend a stay at Beach Place!
