We had a great time at this condo, it is conveniently located near lots of activities. The gulf view was a breathtaking form the balcony.  Right on the beach with heated pool. Would recommend this property.

This property did not disappoint. Advertising of this rental was bang on! If you see it available - rent it, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers!

This is the 3rd year we've stayed in 412. The location is perfect.  The pool area is just great. The gas grills worked great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a great time and are returning in 2021.

Even though it was only a week, we felt at home the moment we stepped into our rental property. We arrived at the property after check in time on a Sunday and the process was as simple as they stated. We found our assigned parking and entered our condo and went directly to the balcony to enjoy the beautiful sunset! The property management company is excellent. They are always cleaning and maintaining the property and it shows in every area. We had a broken lamp and within an hour of reporting it online, someone stopped by to take care of it. I highly recommend this property and management company to anyone who is thinking of renting.

This was the perfect location. We didn’t rent a car and walked most places. There is also a free beach taxi that will take you anywhere along the beach for free and you just tip them. We went to the aquarium in Tampa which was really nice as well. The condo was perfect and the beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins daily, a manatee, and lots of birds. Great vacation!!!!

Awesome !!! Can't wait to come back. Very clean. Felt very safe with on site security and private access to pool, beach, and elevator. Great location across from John's Pass with over 100 stores, restaurants, and activities. We highly recommend this accommodation.
