Surf Song #113 - This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath Surf Song Cottage - Ground floor. The cottage is a separate building apart from all other Surf Song Units. Located on the east side of the complex near the BBQ area 113 has a King in the master bedroom and twin bunk beds and single bed in the guest bedroom. Should you have small children or over night guest there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This recently remodeled beach cottage has a granite kitchen with stainless appliances updated bath and tropical decor. Onsite management office by SunHost. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit. This unit includes access to an EV charger hookup. Tesla Travel Charger Adapter Cable is available upon request.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Surf Song 113 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Just had our family vacation with a family of 4. 2 little ones under 2. The place was the perfect size for four of us. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere all week and were able to be in and out of the house as needed for babies naps. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had a great time.

Location location location! Loved our location here. Beach access is super easy especially with small kids. John's Pass right across the street is a huge benefit as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome spot! Perfect size for a family vacation. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach. Good move having the swim suit dryer. Kids were in and out of both the pool and ocean all day. Grills right outside for easy cooking. Lots to do in the immediate area. Highly recommend this to anyone looking in Madeira Beach.

Location is second-to-none! Just across road from John's Pass shopping/activities/restaurants. Seconds from the warm resort swimming pool and well manicured beach. Parking just 3-4 steps from front door, coin laundry and grills very closeby too. Smallish place for family of 4 or more but it is a private standalone location, and if you're spending most of your time out and about this is a great value. If you're looking for a great location and a convenient, no-frills lodging experience this is a homerun!

We loved this cute little cottage. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and close to shopping. So nice to be able to just walk across the street to Johns Pass. Nice to just walk out to the beach. We look forward to coming back and hope to get the same cute cottage.

Surf Song is a beautiful place to stay!! Walking distance to everything you need!! Tim is a great host!! Looking forward to our next stay!!

The cottage is absolutely perfect! SO nice to not be cramped in a hotel room for a week long vacation. My boyfriend became my fiance on this trip so Madeira Beach will always hold a special place in our hearts.
