Surf Song #342 - Great 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath condo with two floors of living including large dining area, living room and full modern kitchen, all wrapped up in a premier location close to everything. Free Wifi

With lots of windows allowing plenty of sunshine, this condo opens up to a comfortable living area complete with sectional couch, lounge chair and television. There is a half bath on this floor. The outdoor balcony provides a partial Gulf view with lounge chairs, as well as table seating for up to four for dining al fresco. If you prefer to enjoy meals inside, the large dining room seats up to 6. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with utensils for your cooking needs.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Walk down the spiral staircase and discover two large bedrooms. The first has a king sized bed, television, and chair with ottoman. The attached master bathroom has been updated with granite countertops and has a good size walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space as well. The second bathroom is just steps away. Guests can also enter the unit from from outside on this level also, making it convenient when carrying your luggage. As with all SunHost properties, every need is met, including fresh linens, extra pillows, and plenty of towels are stocked prior to your arrival.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Please note there is no sleeper sofa in this unit. Free WIFI is included as is one parking space.

The Johns Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Loved the separation of bedrooms from main living area, room had a good veiw for being on the side, large partially covered balcony made great outdoor space for meals or hanging out. My family loved it.

The condo was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. And the office staff is very professional and accommodating when I had questions. Loved the 2 story setup of condo. Had so much space and walking distance of food and shopping. And pool area and access to beach was awesome!

Had a great time! Unit #342 was very nice. Unit was clean and lots of room for family of 5. Location to John's pass was nice which allowed for variety of entertainment and food.
