Sandy Shores #109 - Two Bedroom Two Bath condo with balcony and garden view. #109 Located in Sandy Shores, a beautifully maintained beach front complex at John's Pass. Heated pool and large patio area are beach front and include ample sun lounges and tiki huts for shade. SunHost rental office located on the boulevard directly in front of Sandy Shores.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Like all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool, and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Clean & spacious condo that is well provisioned (like new fridge, dishwasher, micro). Porch is comfortable with nice cushions. New furniture is a bonus! Beautiful pool area and unit is located across from Johns Pass Village. Really a nice place to spend your holiday. I will return for sure...note that you need to request a unit number. These units are privately owned units and not all maintained the same.

Unit was clean, bright and beautifully updated.  Location is absolutely perfect. Pool & beach on one side and Johns Pass with wonderful shopping, food and entertainment on the other. No need to rent a car. There is a lot of wonderful things to do in walking distance. Plus if you choose to venture out there is a free beach taxi with St Pete Beach & Treasure Island to the south and Indian Rocks & Clearwater Beach just north. Perfect!! Highly recommended for couples or a small family. You will not want to leave.

Nice vacation. No need to rent a car this condo is steps to the pool and beach and John’s Pass Village across the street offering shops and restaurants. Will definitely return.
