Description

Sandy Shores #305 is light and bright with tropical decor and many windows looking out and over Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Living area has ample seating, and opens out to the beach front balcony. Large bedroom has two queen beds, television and walk in closet. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Enjoy free WiFi. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is no phone in this condo. Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest at Sandy Shores, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Sorry, NO Pets allowed.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Great place to stay! Beach towels and beach umbrella and the unit would be perfect. You can rent on the beach for 30.00 per day  It was a clean unit and would visit and stay again.

Condo #305 was so great! The view was amazing, cozy bed, plenty of closet space. Office staff also friendly. All areas were very clean at all times.  We will definitely be back to this same condo again soon! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
