Crimson #204 is a popular vacation 2 bedroom 2 bathroom retreat that is near it all: beaches, heated pool and all the amenities including popular John's Pass Village located just across the street! The moment you step inside this spacious, bright home, you will find everything you need. The full kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffeemaker while providing comfortable seating for up to seven people; four at kitchen table and three at the countertop bar. The cozy living area has a sectional couch, television and leads to the outdoor balcony complete with incredible beach views! There is no better place than sitting here, watching the sunset and enjoying your favorite beverage at the end of a fun filled day! Free Wifi Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The beautifully decorated master bedroom contains a king sized bed, television and access to the outdoor balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, twin bed and television,. making this a perfect spot for children, or couple with a child. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. As always, every SunHost property has spotless bathrooms, and all are meticulously maintained. Washer and dryer, wireless internet, and long distance from the US to Canada are also provided.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, 204 Crimson is situated a short walk from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

 Our stay was quite comfortable and convenient. We spent great days at the beach And enjoyed many great meals and drives at John’ s Pass. Everyone was always welcoming and nice.

We loved the condo, it was clean with no sand anywhere or bugs. The multiple TV's where great for our family as well as the reliable wifi. Kitchen had everything we needed. The AC worked great and having a full size washer and dryer was a plus. Pool was great and had lounge areas out of the sun which was great. We normally stay in St. Pete but was so happy to be able to stay right a crossed from Johns Pass. The balcony was large enough for our whole family to enjoy and the angle to beach was great, the building design for the balconies was great. We will stay again.
