Surf Song #239 - Great beach getaway at popular Surf Song Resort! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with side view balcony of beautiful Madeira Beach! Bright and open retreat contains nice furnishings throughout. The full kitchen provides utensils, including microwave and coffeemaker and has newer appliances ready for your cooking needs! The living room has a flat panel television and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun! Free Wifi. Please note this condo does not have a phone. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, is spacious and leads to a spotless bathroom. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost resorts.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The added bonus is this unit is a short walk to all amenities! You can be at the beach, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village in less than five minutes! At the "Pass" you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We enjoyed staying in this condo this past week. The unit was clean and ready for us to get settled in. Complete set of kitchen supplies and utensils made the stay even better. We can easily recommend this unit to anyone interested in a relatively quiet beach front condo.

We recently stayed in Surf Song #239 and everything was perfect! Obviously the location is tops, but the everything else about the stay was great. The unit was clean and contained all the needed supplies to meet our needs. Property management did a great a job with communication and the check in/out process was seamless. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday. Our condo was in perfect condition. Everything we needed was there. The staff were friendly and helpful.The resort was well kept and definately would recommend. This is our 2nd visit to Surf Song and hope to come back in 2020 for another 5 weeks. Love the area, so close to everywhere we wanted to visit. We especially loved our beach walks. Thanks for helping make our vacation so perfect.

Wonderful condo quiet and close to shopping and great restaurants! No paper towels but, plenty of other supplies which was super odd! I would recommend.
