If location is what you are looking for on your vacation in southern Madeira Beach, then this lovely holiday retreat in Madeira Norte is it! Enjoy unobstructed breathtaking views from your own private balcony surrounded by comfort in this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath beachfront condo. This bright and open condo has everything you need for wonderful, relaxing and memorable vacation. Free Wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The updated kitchen, with granite countertops, all white cabinetry, and newer appliances leads to the spacious dining and living area. Here you can enjoy comfortable seating, large flat screened television, and access to the balcony where you can enjoy fabulous Florida sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage!

The master bedroom is nicely decorated with one queen sized bed, with access to the balcony and its stunning views. The second guest room also offers two twin sized beds, plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. Washer and dryer, three televisions (smart TV in master and living room in November 2020), free WIFI and long distance are also included. Kitchen utilities, linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a highly regarded and talked about destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Beautiful condo that is nicely decorated in a great location. The beach front is beautiful here. Directly across from Johns pass and all the shopping, food and entertainment you need.

What a wonderful beachfront property! We hated to leave. My teenagers loved the boardwalk across the street, the view from the balcony was perfect. The condo is very up to date and clean! Had all the necessities for a great vacay! It has a nice blender, good coffee maker, all appliances work great! The kids were very comfortable and it’s just a great space to relax! We met super nice people at the pool. The beach access is easy peasy. The amount of manatee and dolphins we saw while swimming was unbelievable! Great great great vacation spot! Highly recommend jet skiing and the snorkel/dolphin chasing boat ride! Also Gators which is over the bridge has fantastic food and music!

Just wanted to say a sincere thank you to Paul and Dawn for allowng us to stay in your beautiful condo. Everything we needed was either here or at our finger tips. This was a holiday for just myself and my husband we spent endless hours on the deck admiring the "million dollar" view. This is our second time staying in madeira norte, but the first of what I hope will be many in 510! (if you will have us) We rented beach bikes from surf shack (awesome!) and a boat from John's Pass, walked the beach every morning. 

So long for now Madeira Beach, I have to go plan our next stay!

Enjoyed our July 4th week in 510! Great view of the fireworks from the balcony. The weather all week was perfect with a cooling breeze every day. This is our 4th year at Madeira Norte & our first in 510. We will be back next year.

This is our second time here in unit #510. The Renovations to both bathroms were great and the new cushions on chairs and chesterfield gives it a fresh look. Makes you feel at home, comfortable + spcious. Once again we ate at the Conch Republic, Middle Grounds and Verducci's - all good! Great holiday and lots of great memories. Our stay was amazing!!!! Loved everything about the condo! Wish there had been beach chairs but that is my only complaint:) Can't wait to come back!!! Our favorite restaurant for dinner was The Conch, delicious! Had to wait an hour at dinner time but was well worth it! The bananas foster dessert was to die for!

Dissapointed to find there was no ice maker! Well guess what? We learned how to make ice like Mom and Dad used to - and never ran out! Had a fabulous time - our second time to Madeira Norte - 7th time to John's Pass. Location of the condo is unbeatable - everything in the condo was perfect. Met some great people at the pool and on the beach. The folks at Sunhost were very accomodating and helpful, will call them first next year! Memories? Sunsets, Dolphins, walks on the beach. Will be back

A lovely condo, couldn't ask for a more perfect location for hospital in St petes and a huge surprise to be here for John's Pass Seafood Festival. Only one comment would have been nice to have some beach towells. Hope you'll have us again.

We loved this condo. Was very clean and comfortable....home away from home....the views were amazing....the grounds were kept very clean also...we will be back....lol hope we could have a blender for island drinks....that would have been great...the location was awesome...the only time we were in a car was the drive to and from the airport....and to the grocery....everything was within walking distance.....absolutely 5 plus stars.....kudos

We loved this condo, it was very clean and comfortable. Home away from home and the views were amazing. The grounds were kept very clean as well. We will be back! Beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing your condo. We enoyed our first visit to Madeira Beach. My parents and I stayed in this unit and my brother and his wfier stayed in another unit downstairs. Beautiful furnishings, beautiful strecth of beach, what more can be said.... Thanks again!
